Intervalor AB was founded in 1992 to meet the increasing interest in the deregulated Nordic market place for international investing. Our business is to bring the best international asset managers' products and services to the Nordic market place and to complement them by the best local service.
Intervalor offers exclusive representation for selected international asset management companies and we could be described as a "representative office for hire", acting as an integrated part of the manager's client service, sales and marketing division.
Intervalor is independent and not related to any financial group. Today we employ 10 people based in Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen and Oslo.

We assist the managers with the promotion of their funds and segregated account services as well as with the support of their clients in the Nordic countries. We work with institutional end-investors, as well as with portfolio managers and retailers who offer their services to the broader market. We receive our entire remuneration from the asset managers.
Intervalor's offering to international Asset Managers
- To act as an integrated part of the managers' sales, marketing and customer support divisions in the Nordic region
- To provide the managers' Nordic clients with day to day service
- To visit and inform Nordic institutions and retailers about the managers and their products
- To propose, negotiate and handle advertising campaigns, seminars, mailings and other marketing activities
- To provide contacts and assistance with local media, organisations, influencers etc
- To arrange the fund managers' visiting programs, trips and meetings in the Nordic countries
- To arrange trips and seminars for Nordic investors and retailers at the managers' place of business
- To keep the fund managers informed about the development in the Nordic market place
