STEEN VILLEMOES ,
Chairman Intervalor Denmark Advisory Board, since 2007
Steen Villemoes started his career in the Securities Department of Privatbanken (now Nordea) in 1979. In 1985 he moved as CIO to the pension fund DIP, where he in 1992 was promoted to executive director.
In January 2001 Steen joined Altius Associates – a UK based private equity advisory firm, as their Scandinavian representative. Today Steen is still related to Altius, but now on a contractual basis, allowing him to also pursue other activities, such as the position as chairman of the Advisory Board of Intervalor Denmark.
In addition, Steen today also works as an independent advisor/consultant and serves on the board of a number of Danish companies.
Steen holds a Master of Science in Economics from Copenhagen University in 1984.
